Never more than $199
for up to 15 sitters. Sitters 11 through 15 are included in the $199. From your 16th sitter, each one adds $8.
How many sitters usually work in a month?

A sitter counts once in any billing period where they complete a client visit. Inviting, scheduling or keeping someone on your team does not count. The included owner never counts.
Business Texting
$19 a month for one business number with 500 texts included, then 2.5 cents a text up to a limit you choose. Texts clients send you are included, and long texts count as more than one. Optional, and included in your free trial with 500 texts.
AI help
Included: 2,000 AI actions a month, plus 200 for each sitter who works. One action is one piece of AI help, like drafting a report note. Need more? 1,000 actions for $15, bought only when an owner chooses, and they never expire.

Questions owners ask
What if it is just me?
$49 a month. You are the included owner, so your own visits never add a charge.
Do I pay for every person on my team?
No. Your owner account and office staff are included. A sitter is charged only in a month they complete client work in Sitterly. Seasonal, backup and former sitters stay on your team at no charge.
What happens when I hire someone, or someone leaves?
Nothing until they complete their first client visit. Then they add $15 for that month. Your plan never costs more than $199 for up to 15 sitters, and each sitter past 15 adds $8.
When are sitters charged?
After the month, on your next invoice. Your Billing page shows the amount building up before it is charged.
Is there a contract?
No. You pay month to month and can cancel any time. You keep access through the month you paid for, and sitters who already worked that month are charged on your final invoice.
Will my price change?
For 12 months after you start paying, your prices do not change. After that, we give at least 60 days notice before a standard price change applies to your account.
Is there a cheaper plan?
No. Every business gets the whole product.
Why is texting extra?
Each text costs Sitterly money to deliver. Business Texting includes 500 texts a month, extra texts are 2.5 cents each, and you set the limit. Texts clients send you are included. Long texts count as more than one.
Do I pay for AI?
Not unless you choose to. Your included AI actions are shown on your Billing page: 2,000 a month, plus 200 for each sitter who works. Extra actions are bought only when an owner chooses to, 1,000 for $15, and they never expire. When your actions run out, AI help pauses and everything else keeps working.
Do my clients need the app?
No. Texts and emails send clients a link to their reports. Clients who use the app get more.
