Your clients can book again while a bill is not late yet

Released October 9, 2026

The short version

Only a late bill your client can pay online now stops a new request. A new reminder sends a client with a late bill a link to pay.

What it means for you

  • Keep regular clients booking while their last visit is still within its time to pay.
  • A client with a late bill who books on your website gets the link, once a day at most.
  • The reminder is on to start. To stop it, open Auto messages and turn off Overdue Bill Reminder.

Your clients' sign-in email now changes only when you change it

Released October 7, 2026

The short version

When a returning client books on your booking page, the email they type stays on that booking. It no longer changes their client card or the email they sign in with.

What it means for you

  • Nobody can change a client's sign-in email just by typing their phone number on your booking page. New clients book the same way they always have.
  • If a returning client gives you a new email, add it on their card yourself. Open Clients, choose the client, press Edit profile, type the email, then save. If you see Resend setup link, press it.
  • After booking, clients are told to expect a text or email only when you can send one.

You can turn payment reminders off and have them stay off

Released August 16, 2026

The short version

Your payment reminder setting now stops every automatic reminder. A client with several unpaid visits gets one reminder at a time.

What it means for you

  • Turn payment reminders off in Settings and they stop.
  • A client with several unpaid visits gets one reminder, not one for each visit.
  • Sitters you pay a set amount now earn that amount for each night of a stay.

Action needed?

  1. Open Settings, then Notifications, to check your payment reminder setting.
  2. Open a sitter you pay a set amount and check their overnight rate.

You can now read your week on Calendar without stacked visits

Released August 15, 2026

The short version

Week view lists each visit in order, on a phone too. Click a day to see it, then close and stay put.

What it means for you

  • Read each visit in week view as a full row, not a tiny overlapping block.
  • Click a day to see its visits, then close and stay on that view.
  • On a phone, the week is one list and filters stay hidden until you need them.

The short version

What it means for you

  • Sitterly account and help pages, including sign in, are easier to recognize.
  • Find Sitterly by its new app icon. Some devices may show the old icon for a while.
  • Your business name and logo still lead when clients sign in, book, pay, or read emails.
