How do I check in and out of a visit?Sitters
Open Today and choose the visit. Tap "Start visit" when you arrive. Tap "End visit" when you leave.
How do I write a visit report?Sitters
Open the visit. Tap "Write report" after the visit ends, or "Continue report" during the visit. Add your notes, photos, and care details. Tap "Review & send". Then tap the button that starts with "Send to".
Where do I see completed visit reports?Owners
Open the booking detail to read the care details, notes, visit times, and photos.
